罗特利®磁性辊筒选用高品质钢材，高强度永久磁块和高性能黏胶，以确保辊筒长期磁吸功能的稳定性。磁性辊筒均采用分体式枕肩设计，热处理至 60至62 洛氏硬度已确保耐磨性。最后经精密加工完成的磁性辊筒，同高精度的柔性刀片相配合以达到理想的模切效果。

Magnetic Cylinder from Rotary Technology utilizes high quality imported steel from Europe, high strength magnets and glue, to ensure the cylinder’s long terms stability. There are two types of Magnetic Cylinder: Standard and Stain-less, both are designed with “Bolted Bearer”. Bearers are hardened to 60 – 62 Rockwell to ensure durability of the cylinder. The final precision grinded Magnetic Cylinders co-operates perfectly with Rotary Technology’s high precision Flexible Dies, to achieve satisfactory diecut results.
